Christian Service Brigade (CSB)
Ages 5 to 18
At CSB, active young men are challenged to grow physically, spiritually, intellectually and socially with a heart for God. Leadership and mentorship is provided by godly men who attend the church. CSB's mission is to "strengthen churches by equipping men who are committed to God's Word to win and train guys as disciples of Jesus Christ."
CSB meets Friday evenings at The MET in the gymnasium between 7:00 pm and 8:50 pm. There is a unique CSB group suited for your young man. The following are the specific opportunities available:
- Tree Climbers (Guys senior kindergarten through grade 2) - With the involvement of dads, we meet to build relationships as well as do crafts and explore the Bible with Scripture memorization and stories.
- Stockade, Builders (Guys in grades 3 and 4) and Sentinels (Guys in grades 5 and 6) - This action-packed program involves structured learning, games and challenges from the Bible. An achievement program takes the guys through four years of physical and spiritual growth.
- Battalion (Guys in grades 7 to 12) - Mentored by their peers and godly men, the teens in this program are trained to become effective leaders following in Christ's footsteps. Squad study time, team sports and mentoring opportunities help develop the skills and traits God can use throughout our lives in His service.
