MET MEN's Ministry
The Men’s Ministry is growing at The MET and is designed to strengthen our men to run the race of faith and finish strong. With the increasing demands of everyday life and schedules that pull us in a variety of directions, men need a place to focus their thoughts on their walk with God. Our men’s program is multifaceted as we strive to provide interesting and dynamic opportunities for men to meet and build godly friendships, to assist each other to become more like Christ, and to bring more people to Christ.
Many of our MET men meet weekly on Wednesday, starting in September until May, between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm, at Redeemer Christian High School (just minutes from The MET.) We enjoy laughter, food, and discussion of topics relevant to men. You are welcome to come on your own feel free to bring a friend!
Throughout the year, we also feature various outreach events that offer our men a venue to invite friends, neighbours and co-workers and to hear about how a relationship with Christ can make the race of life worth running.

MOST (Men Out Serving Together)
MOST's mission is to give the men of the church an organized means to put hands and feet to their faith, and in so doing, strengthen their faith, and the faith of others around them.
MOST's vision is to connect men into teams that will serve on a rotational and as-needed basis to meet the needs of the disadvantaged in the body of the church, and then beyond the church body. This includes participation by men who are not yet of faith, but nevertheless have a heart to serve. Our vision is to serve the needy, regardless of their faith.
MOST provides manpower in such areas as:
- general maintenance and repair
- minor appliance repair
- painting
- driving
- light moving
- light landscaping, gardening
- light carpentry
- some concrete, stone and brickwork
- yard clean-up, hedge trimming
- by qualified men: some plumbing, electrical, roofing and automative repairs
Men are security-cleared, and willing to commit to serving people in need.
